The Zenbook is ASUS's premium thin-and-light line, mostly aluminium and often with an OLED display. It sits a clear step above the Vivobook, and buyers expect it to look the part. A clean Zenbook with a flawless screen is a good thing to be selling. The Zenbook Duo, with its second screen, has its own buyers and its own checks.

What affects your offer.
OLED panel condition
Most recent Zenbooks have OLED screens. A perfect panel is a large part of the value. Burn-in, a tint or marks that show when it is on will be caught in testing.
Processor generation
A Core Ultra Zenbook and an 11th gen one look nearly identical. The chip inside separates them in price, so read it rather than guessing.
Soldered memory
Zenbook memory is usually soldered to the board, so 16GB is permanent and is what buyers look for. An 8GB Zenbook still sells, just to fewer people.
The aluminium shell
Zenbooks scratch and dent like any metal laptop. Clean corners and an unmarked lid are what Excellent means here.
Wear and tear we are happy with.
We only buy working Windows laptops. If your Zenbook is 10th gen or newer and every screen, the keyboard, trackpad and ports work, this wear is simply part of the grade.
