We buy Acer Aspire and Swift laptops with Intel 10th gen and newer, and decline older ones. In Settings, System, About, an i5-1035G1 is 10th gen and qualifies, while an i5-8265U is 8th gen and does not.
Acer's two consumer ranges are very different laptops. The Aspire is the everyday workhorse, often plastic, often with a full-size keyboard and number pad, and sold in large numbers to students and home offices. The Swift is Acer's thin, light, usually aluminium range. The calculator prices them separately, and a Swift will usually price above an Aspire of the same generation.
Many Aspires and some Swifts run AMD Ryzen. For those, the calculator will tell you whether we can price yours, and you can WhatsApp us if you are unsure. If you have an Acer Nitro or Predator, those are gaming laptops and have their own pages. We only buy working Acers.

What affects your offer.
Swift or Aspire
A Swift's lighter, metal build puts it a tier above an Aspire on the same chip. Pick the range correctly, because it affects the price.
Processor generation
Within either range, the generation does most of the work. A 12th gen Aspire 5 is a different proposition from a 10th gen one.
Memory and storage
Aspire 3s in particular often shipped with 4GB or 8GB and a small drive. More memory and a 512GB SSD broaden who will buy it next.
Lid and hinge condition
Plastic Aspire lids scuff easily and Swift aluminium dents. Clean and tight is Excellent. Worn but sound is Good.
Wear and tear we are happy with.
We only buy working Windows laptops. If your Aspire or Swift is 10th gen or newer, boots properly and the screen, keyboard and ports all work, this everyday wear just moves the grade.
